Free standard delivery on orders of £30 or more.

Standard Delivery orders are despatched within 2 working days and delivered 2 - 4 working days from when you placed your order.

Express Delivery orders are despatched within 1 working day and delivered 1 - 2 working days from when you placed your order.

Personalised items, eg wedding favours & party favours, of 20 units or more are made to order. Delivery time is 4 weeks

As per your legal rights, you may return any item you have purchased within 30 days of taking delivery.
You must first contact us to notify us of the return.
In cases where a purchased item is delivered of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, you have the right to seek a full refund up to 30 days of taking delivery.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
To ensure you get what you want, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
