Wildmoor is all about appreciating the simple things in life, and the products we make reflect that.

The ingredients in commercial shop bought soaps dry out and irritate my skin, so I formulated bar soap recipes that nourished rather than depleted my skin of its natural oils, and Wildmoor was born.

​

Wildmoor soaps are handmade by us in small batches, with only the ingredients necessary to make a cleansing soap that's kind to the skin and smells amazing. No synthetics, just gentle and moisturising plant based oils, clays and butters derived from nature, packaged responsibly. 

​

Our fragrances pack a delicate punch, and we use only essential oils to scent the soaps. I'm pretty sensitive to very strong fragrances, so if you are too, you're in the right place! Feedback from customers is that the soaps retain a good scent for natural soaps, without being overpowering or too subtle.

​

We're based in Macclesfield, right on the edge of the Peak District and our name comes from a favourite spot where we love to blow away the cobwebs. 

​

In 2025 we'll be expanding our range to include household products by makers and brands that share our values. The focus will be on UK made, hand crafted or fairly traded, with some carefully selected reclaimed vintage too.
