How will the Recipient Receive their Wildmoor Gift Card?
They'll get an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from (your name)" Their unique gift card code appears in the email.

What happens if the order total is more than the gift card value?
If the sale is worth more than the value of the gift card, the balance can be paid using our other payment methods.

What happens if the order total is less than the gift card value?
Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used for future purchases.
For example, if a customer has a £50 gift card and spends £25, they can use the remaining £25 in the future on the Wildmoor website.

How are Gift Cards Redeemed?
There are 2 ways to redeem:
Online - During payment on the Wildmoor website, the recipient clicks Redeem a Gift Card and enters the unique gift card code that they received in the email from us.
In Person - Gift cards may be redeemed at any of our markets and events. The email from us, containing the unique gift card code, must be presented.
Gift cards may not be redeemed at any of our stockists.
